Beautiful Minds Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care specializes in caring for children (0-21 years) with special medical needs. At our center, we believe that every child has a beautiful and unique mind that can shine. For that reason, our center focuses on the individual needs of each child. It is out vision to improve the lives of our children and their families under the professional, loving and multilingual staff.
All Services are Completely Covered by Medicaid:

Team of Skilled Pediatric Nurses and Board-Certified Pediatrician.

Nursing care for Medical needs such as Prematurity, Chronic Lung Disease, Asthma, Feeding Issues, Seizures, Medical Complex Conditions that require daily Nursing Care.

In-House Physical, Occupational, Respiratory and Speech Therapy.

In-House Transportation.

Assistance with all Medicaid Appointments.
